Radar Problems

I like to play this game at 1280x1024x8 Res. The problem is it messes up my radar.

For some reason my radar gets covered in these weird small coloured squares. It makes it impossible to see any enemies on my radar. I don't notice it playing Pub or JD'ing but if I go below, say C13 then it happens.

Does anyone know why this is hapening?
