Squad Hopping Throughout TWD

There's nothing you can really do about people like Cape or Ruine since 99% of squads would rather have them on their squad for 2 weeks than not get them at all. Sure Jason you and everyone else might hate squadhoppers, but if Ruine wanted to join Mambo you'd think about it.

And noone cares about the squadhoppers who suck, so you don't need to do anything about them.

Sure, I'd think about it... for about a split second at most. Ruine can take his lagcheating ass and go fuck himself. I'd like to see Ruine on Mambo about as much as I'd like to see Bush re-elected come November.

Who cares about squadhopping? It's all about finding the squad that fits you. If you're not happy on a squad, you should have the right to leave and find a squad that you are happy on. Un-fun loser squadowners complain about squadhopping.

This is also a good point I've been called a squadhopper quite a few times in the past (when i joined diff squads) and msot of it was bc of this. I could never find something i liked. I mite be a picky guy but if i dont like the situation im not gonna stay and leg it out for the team and not have fun. Im sure others have done it to, including u jason but i do agree when u say ppl like ruine/merce/cape goin from shriek to interface 10 times in 1 week is pretty obserd. Its like levaing and rejoining just to play a jd game.

I'll stop hopping forever if one of three things happens. Pallies picks me up, Misterio! comes back and gives me the password to Zero Hour, or, and this is a long shot, Lou comes back and sticks around so we can start something up together. And like you said Cig, I don't really hop in the literal sense. I've just been unable to find a fun squad that I really enjoy being in over the last few years. Frankly, and I don't care who's offended by this, there are about three cool squads in all of TW anymore (Pallies, Disoblige and whiterabbits). All these other start-ups are increasingly worse in terms of knowing how to have a good time, and they lack any sort of personality whatsoever.

All that being said, the dudes on Mambo are super nice. I only have a bit of timezone issues with them, which does detract from the fun a bit.

And one more thing, I know I listed whiterabbits as one of the only cool squads around these days. And yes, I was on whiterabbits. So you might ask, "Why the hell did you leave?" Well, my favorite dudes got all sorts of inactive, and castro-fidelkarl-marx took off. That pretty much sucked. So I wandered off in search of good times. Who knows, maybe I'll end up back on WR at some point. arro/wadi/shade/ezo/bero/malla/bleeny/raid and a slew of other guys are the shit.

Paul, what you're suggesting is that a rule be imposed that tell us how to run our squads. if a squad captain doesn't want someone back, they don't have to take them back. if they're spineless, that's they're problem, not mine.

If someone leaves and I want them back, that's no business of anyone else's.

for TWD, given the longevity of your average squad, I think squadhopping rules, even as little as 1 week ineligibility, are a bit extreme.

For TWL though, I believe you already are ineligible for 1 week (2 weeks?) after joining a TWL squad. That's before the complete roster lock.

In soccer seasons they got also an open market at some times. At those times you can buy or sell players.

This can prefent hoppers as well. Sure i switched squad as well, but just do it on times that are allowed. Perhaps at half the season, and ath begin/end.

By shitty squads I meant having really annoying people on them. Skill doesn't really matter that much as long as you can talk to people on squad chat. Most people on this game are unfunny assholes; and being forced to stay on a squad with them would be dumb.

well u ppl that change squads every week have no moral to talk badly of other squadhoppers, fucking newbies, stay in a squad for one month than maybe u can talk.

In TWL if they do this week 4 lock and 1 week qualification for hopping, then it should be ok. If you squadhop you already look bad enough and get a bad reputation. I don't know why anyone would do that...

Yeah, no kidding, players should be able to migrate to a squad of their choosing and not be stuck with a bunch of idiots. But still doesn't mean you have to stay on 2 squads at once, there is no excuse for this.

Take 1 squad or none... 1 only, good enough for me.

Squad hopping is fun! Plus its a way to get your captain to ax someone or do something in order for you 2 rejoin ^^;;
