Why? The bot is pretty neutral. If there is a problem, both captains can submit logs.

a. A significant decrease of TWD games played
b. A significant decrease of normal hosted events

If the bots were for TWL, I would be all in for supervision, but I really don't think it's that necessary for TWD.

Remember that the bots will be thoroughly tested before they will host games unsupervised.

It won´t work as long as the damage from a spider is between 50-1000energ (dunno the excact numbers but my point is that the range is way too big). If it would be always 500damage we could get a normal duel going between spiders, till then it will be 30% luck.

TWD should work out just fine, I think. But the bigger games might need somekind of supervision. I don't think that it will be a problem though, because there is atleast one staffer/ major squad, so if there is some trouble they should be able to figure it out.

I trust in Mythrandirs skills to do a equally good bot for TWD games that the current refs are.

And I wan't alot of hosted events all the time so lets not waste staffers time to host leagues when there is basing to do.

Bot Lagouts?

So, maybe this question has been addressed before, if so please point me to the right post and I'll read it myself.

But if it hasn't, what happens to a game if the bot lags out or there is a server crash?

heres a problem i saw the other day.
vampz was captain, he lagged out, everyone had to wait around for 5 minutes before he got back, the game started, vampz left but was still captain, people lagged out, they couldn't sub anyone in. so most of the game was like 6vs8. as i recall...
