!Borrow limit increase in all TWD arenas

The borrow limit has been increased in all TWD arenas, the limit is 10 borrows per team. -Thanks BIET

There have been instances where a borrow has lagged out and the person cannot be replaced by a !borrow
This will hopefully ease this issue.

We don't see any major reason why or how this could be abused, feel free to ?message me in game with comments or suggestions
