Hi everyone, and welcome to TWDSL. Trenchwars Divisions Salary League. The official revamp of TWD moving forward.
In an effort to revitalize TW squads and bring a sense of community back into the game, I have come up with a league idea, all automated within TWD, that allows for captains to create their own rosters, prevent stacking with values associated with players while also not hindering lineups with star caps. This league is a TWD, 24/7 run league, with playoff matches then scheduled. The cool thing is, MMR directly correlates with this league idea, so everything that you do in the game and all the progress that you make will be accounted for.
This is a league that mimics the style of professional sport teams in terms of acquiring, or, “signing” players. It is an idea that I have had for a while and mixes TWDT and TWL. This would be a good way to bring back that old sense of community and competitiveness that past DT/TWL seasons offered, while also incorporating MMR and revitalizing TWD.
DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT DT. IT’S NOT MEANT TO BE DT. This league is meant to account for all player data, between DT and MMR ratings. This means players can be seen as cheaper because they are being held back due to a lack of high ratings, or missing MMR/DT ratings. TLDR Player ratings are data driven.

League Setup
5 Squads - 2 Captains per squad (One main captain picks his right hand guy). Both of these players run the team with the main captain having full squad control. Captains can assign assistant captains for their squad to get games as necessary.
Team Rosters are the same for all three divisions (Warbird, Javelin, Base)
1 Month TWD Season to start off Season 1. Unlimited matches able to be played during the 1 month (games can be had 24/7 unless another league is running).
This season will only last a month. This means that the number of squads for future seasons can be increased with an increased interest in the league, as well as longer seasons.

All players in that salary sheet are eligible to participate in the league. If you are not on the sheet and want to participate, please contact Banks, RaCka, Ekko, GenX in game. We can add you to the sheet.

If a player that is not on the sheet registers on TWD and joins a league rostered squad, that player and captain will first be warned, then the non-eligible player will be removed from rosters and banned for the next season. Captains will suffer a permanent 5 mil penalty to their overall salary cap for accepting a non-eligible player to their roster. More information in the rules section here:
CAPTAINS
Players eligible to Captain: Any players above $4,000,000 Salary Cap Value.
Players eligible to be chosen as co-captain: Any
Captaincy priority is based on the value of that captain; higher value candidates are more likely to be chosen as captain.

Captains and players must be squad-joined to their respective squads in game. Captains do not need to own their squad name. Co-Captains can be assigned prior to the free-agency signing period. Only a maximum of 2 captains are allowed per squad.

The TWD bots will only allowed league-registered squads to challenge and accept challenges.
TWD site will still allow outside squads to be created, but they won't be able to challenge or accept games.
