Yeah, gonna have to go ahead and say Alba is way hotter than Dunst, and as far as the worst player, kinda hard to say... so many to pick from. If you mean worse as in over all skill level, I have no idea, if you mean worst as a combination of skill and sportsmanship/maturity, again, hard to call... just soo many...
