K = 50 + (-EW +HW)

P = 1 / (1 + 10^(-difference_in_ratings / 400))

if P > .75 && W = 1
EW + 1

if P < .25 && W = 1
HW + 1

i am a newbie.. there should be sudden death.

The idea of sudden death is appealing. Yet it's hard to find a use for it in twl-matches. Maybe everyone should agree when there are two players left in a match and the score is tied, the match should end in a sudden death. But why do you want one single kill to determine the win/loss of a match, you can also have a random thought about the fact of ties. When the first round is won by team A, the second by team B and the third ends in OT with 46-46, why isn't this a tie?
Conclusion, sudden death maybe not, but ties are an option.
