Star cap is set to 43/43/71. With 6 teams and around 20 players per team, I wanted to create flexibility in terms of lineup options while still having a place for the 7.5 rated players and below. With it being the Summer, I think deeper rosters will help teams field competitive rosters throughout the season even if their best players miss a week or two. While 8 teams seems possible, there were already a good amount of no shows with 1-2 teams in Basing over the past 2 seasons. Also keep in mind about 20 of the signups are going to be 6-6.5 rated players, so I think 6 teams will work best. There will be no borrows or Free Agency this season.
