I dotn see how u can say Tanked is made up of a bunch of basers who cant get on top basing squads when we have 4 past TWLB champions. Nitti/Ignorance/HIrluin/Me/gamma who were on RB. WBM/me/ignorance/nitti were on Melee. Hannes who was on -f- and many other top basing squads. MoG was on Spastic if i remember him saying that correctly. Grant we mite not be the cream of the crop when it comes to basing but i dont think we are as weak as u make us sound. If u look @ our past 4 TWBD games we won over melee, a-s, Grapevine, Sk8. 4 Squads who will most likely make TWLB without a problem.

On a side note i do agree that our terr spot is a little shakey. We are indecisive on who to put there yet on a day to day basis. But i do feel oru sharks are very strong skill wise and depth wise. We got 4 ppl who are close to top of the line sharks and a few ppl who can play it if we needed them to. Jebu in jav is an over average jav. Rosstones is a good basebird if i get him active. As for spiders. They mite be weak they mite not be. Depends who shows up for us. But i do think if our best 8 show up, we'll make some games very close where we arent supose to.

Server - i agree ur top 8 is probably as good as any

Rand - come TWL it'd seem u would rely on ur best 8, but truth remains u wont always get ur best 8 on for TWLB games each and every week so RB's Depth will help them.

OH ya P_L another thing about diso. Everyone says that about them every year they lack sharks and this and that. They always come out and do what they do best tho. I do infact think they are weaker this year then the past few but i think if WP got back active they'd definaly be a contender.

hirluin and hannes will have trouble playing in leagues with their lag. never heard of nitti/ignorance or gamma? Melee isn't a top basing squad so i dunno about those recruits...MoG is decent spider/shark.those wins u had were over very average basing squads ranked 8,11 not ranked on my list. I don't see any wins over the top squads. Sk8 even beat ya guys. Mambo destroyed u. I ranked diso 4th which was pretty high so i don't know why you said i dissed them or something. And i said if they were active they would be top 3.

P_L i never said we were a top basing squad but ur making us sound like the scum on the bottiom of a toliet :x Hirl isnt a real problem about playing neway, I believe Hannes will be able to play he didnt seem to laggy lately. Even without Hannes we have Hellkite/Mog in sharks. Jebu in jav. Thix in terr or WBM in terr. Grant not the best terrs in the world. and a buncha guyz in spider. About mambo owning us, well yes i'd expect them to being when we played them we were about a week or 2 old and had no temawork whatsoever. But b4 TWD reset we had a very close game with them, we beat DIso b4 the reset also. Nitti/ignorance are both ex-pallies as well. Im not fightin to say we'll win TWLB bc i konw that wont happen im a realistic guy but i do think we'll do better then u made us sound.

but he does have a point, from what i heard, tanked beat a-s because a-s had some lag problem and ppl are constantly getting specced <shrug>. but ya.. i do wanna see tanked go against the new a-s, should be interesting..

mambo is strong, really strong this season. from what i see right now, they have a really good chance of taking the title. however, like i posted before, changes will happen before and during twl, so can't really make a good prediction until roster lock. even then, a squad can go "bye-bye".

95% of the posting in this thread will be about basing. yet, come the finals, the twld game will break the record for attendance set last twld, and twlb will fall way short.

I also predict that duelers will become jealous of the excitement and active involvement of basers all thus try to ruin the fun by rehashing old arguements on how much cooler/better/more fun/skillbased/awesome wb and javs are. To me that's just complaining. Basing is fun bc ppl are active and care about talking about it in forums ... you want a better dueling community ... build it yourself.

Personally i hate Randedl and would like to see him burn in hell but your argument is completely rediculous. Your countless soap opera's in the TWL forum about basing isn't anything for duelers to be jealous of. It consists of the same damn predictions and endless stupid debates with mainly PaulOakenfold, Pure_Luck and Stabwound arguing with frequent guest stars such as Zerzera, Da1andonly, and Mayo Inc. As much as i hate Randedl, he is correct, dueling will always draw a bigger crowd unless you get 2 squads in the finals that no one gives a rats ass about like Dragonguard vs. -Solstice-, which i'm sure will never happen. The reason is just because ever kill matters and can turn the game around. In basing, you just keep suiciding ... or so it seems ... just to keep people away from your terr and the flag. If basing is what you prefer, fine... but honestly, no one on the outside of the basing world is jealous of it.
