well.. who knows.. I had 10-30ms earlier.. now 130-150ms .. doesnt really effect to my playing. So i dont care European sharks had low lag and were good and american sharks lagged and were good.. now european sharks lag and americans dont.. but everyone seems to forget that things were just the opposite not long time ago.. coughadmancough..

About the laggy sharks thing: maybe you guys have never had the issue of playing against one of the extreme laggers. I hate to bring him up again and again, but Mootland Farmer lags to the point that it is basically (un?)intentional cheating. When he he thrusting at full speed and mines, the mine doesn't show up until he's about 2-3 inches away. If he is thrusting towards you and you repel him, he basically snaps backwards 2 inches instantly. Also I still don't know what the deal was in the game, but we played a TWBD vs. Pallies and castromarx was lagging so bad that 3 times he threw an emp bomb up at the cram and it didn't even appear until it was right ontop of all of us. Of course the Pallies went extremely nuts when I accused him of lagcheating (after viewing his lagout stats for the game I'm not sure, even though he 'jokingly' admitted to lagcheating after) but when someone is lagging so badly that they can throw teleport bombs and warp around, the courtious thing to do would be to sub them. It's pretty sickening to see that a lot of squads will intentionally put their most laggy person in shark or jav. Either that, or they induce lag because they are going to shark or jav; I'm not sure.

Like someone said before, sharks should be a defense ship, not a bullet sponge/shield. I think people like Mootland Farmer would get a huge surprise when they tried to play shark with 50ms instead of having 350ms average for all this time. I do think that some people get more recognition than they deserve because of their lag. Stayon for example is an extremely good spider, but I think he would do a lot worse if he didn't lag the way he did.

What you don't realise that it is frustrating for me too. Time and time again I can't make up my mind if I should play leagues. First part is that I shouldn't because it would be unfair on those who don't lag. Second, but my lag is still under the twl limits.

For the record. I never ever lag cheat. That is going too far. I do agree that my connection is not the best. We all know that.

Dammit, maybe I should go back to spidering. No wait, I'll still lag and get complaints.

No, the solution is lowering the lag limits so that you can't play. Anything over 300 ms makes the game stupid; you know how much can happen in 3 tenths of a second in this game. Have fun in TWD's, but let TWL's be about skill.

I'm not even in Mambo, but from the outside looking in, some good javs u failed to mention are Evul and sub_title, who are better moridin / maize / mulkero (doesn't the guy wb?)

Jav has been my main ship for almost 2 years now. I wb once in a while with shitty results in elim and decent results in dd. One and probably the main reason I joined mambo was to be 1st line jav + mambo was doing very well in twjd already.

I think we will easily make it into twlj and do well there.

I'm gonna have to agree with mattey on this, so much can happen in 3 tenths of a sec. they should lower the lag limit to 200 at least, i remember when i used to lag, ppl hated me, so now i know what if feels like to be "lagged" and i dont want that to be the cause of my team losing a match

I agree them laggy sharks are real pricks to kill bc they take 5-7 spider shots to killthem sometimes. Then like Stab said they thrust mine and it seems it dont matter how many spider bullets u hit them witht hey still got that mine that will pop out. On the other side tho, wind is rite When u shark with lag many times u rep on what u think is the rite time yet it isnt bc ur laggy and u rep late meaning ur spiders die to either spider bullets seeping through or a jav bomb that the shark reps and the team dies but he doesnt. It happens alot.

Do not make it any lower than 300, 350 would actually be better. Nobody with a 56k would be able to play. A person with 56k most likely doesn't have a choice. I know I don't when I am at home. I can not get cable or dsl, it is not provided, and no I do not live in the middle of nowhere. My ping at home is around 180ms, in base games about double that. If it were set to 200 I would be in spec every other 15 seconds.
