where would tanked be without the feeding? since there was nothing really about feeding in the rules, but should be punished, delete all the points of their rating wich they got by the feeding?.. im not sure if Melee would be above them that way, but I think that would be fair.

If you enter twlb when someone dissolves you enter with 0 wins and most likely no hope at making the playoffs.

Just as a personal opinion, I don't think Tanked would have had much of a chance at playoffs anyway.

Epinephrine couldn't put it most clear, but avoiding that, I think in some way you are right genes but why dont you (or caps, whoever) talk with ops when they were discussing about the desition that they had to take, and you posted this thread 2 days after they did it.

When we thought we were out of TWLB after that match against Incuria knowing Interface were feeding you, we didn't say anything, we didn't press anyone, because we knew that the desition that ops went to take wasnt be influenced by our opinions about the situation, because it is nothing.

My point is..... Why you posted this thread 2 days after the fact, knowing this wont changed their desition

Back to the topic: We did not feed or get by Interface. BUT THEAT ISWNT EVEN WHAT GOT US KICKED OUT OF TWLB. IT WAS BECAUSE WE "attempted to give away twjd'sd and twbds". When we played interface in twbd, we crushed them. So what? We can play any team in twd that we want to. Just so happened that they accepted 3 times and played us. Whats the problem here? Oh....and when we played Interface in a twjd, I could not play because a router was down at that time and moment....ping was 1020 or way up there. So Lag killer was forced to use our basers to play in the twjd. Interface is a good twjd squad: Horror, calm, TW Vet, and sk8 are all javs. I know that these guys can and will beat basers ANYDAY. Look at your lineup and have your basers play in twjd, they wont do as well as pure javs, which we did not have on at the time because we trying to get into twlb.

So where is all this feeding coming from??

Well, here I am to boldly defend my squad. This is my take on the situation.

I believe feeding is illegal, it stands illegal in elim. Everyone knows that it is illegal in elim because people are been publicly warned for it and at times, banned.

However, there have been no squads ever banned from the start of TWL for feeding in TWD. Who's to say that someone won't start a squad with an alt nick, feed their other squad until they don't get enuff points for it anymore, dissolve and start a new one. I'm sure we can all think of a few squads that have been altnicked squads.

Point 2, there is no rule that says feeding is illegal anywhere in the rules for twd. I'm a business law major and it is to my understanding that a rule cannot be law unless written.

Let's say for arguments sake I'm a newbie. I come into Trench WArs for my first time and I start tking people in pub. Now, someone would report this that knows the rule. A moderator would come to the arena and warn me. "TKing is illegal, please do not shoot the yellow text ships." and I'd say, "Oh okay, killing them is illegal. I won't do it anymore."

Now, had someone come to us beforehand and said, "Yo, swapping wins in TWD so you can make it into TWL is illegal." then we would have cancelled match and been like, okay that's cool, we won't do it anymore.

I'm not defending that fact that feeding isn't illegal, i'm defending that without any warning we shouldn't be removed for a rule that, well, frankly, isn't a stated rule in TWD.


MY FINAL THOUGHT:
Pusher, I understand what you are trying to do and I appreciate your attempt to be fair but YOU CAN'T MAKE THE RULES UP AS YOU GO ALONG.

This statement admits that you were swapping wins.

Like Epinephrine mentioned, they have a catch-all rule with "As well, TWL is a privilege, not a right, and the League Operators can revoke this privilege for any player with sufficient cause." for any situation that may arise, such as this one, that wasn't planned for.

There is no point in arguing about this situation, Tanked guys. You already lost your spot, and you aren't getting it back. Just take it and learn from it.

I had an entire elaborate thing here but the forum site said it coulnd't make connection to the web site and deleted it. So i'll just put this:

You can't make the rules up as you go along.

PUsh, i understand that you are trying to regulate things and be fair but you can't do it at the expense of the uneducated. We didn't know there was a rule about it because there was never a rule posted. Therefore, now after this debate, create a rule for next season.

You can't punish people for doing something that isn't a clearly stated rule.
I'm studying business law and the only way for a contract (or an outline of rules and regulations to abide by until an outcome is reached) has to be full understand and clearly stated so that both parties full understand the regulations and the punishment associated with breach of those rules.

That wasn't a feed, I played that game, they just basically kicked our asses. We played like shit.

The entire thing is that everyone is assuming things.

Not to mention, I can't look it up now because TWD was reset, but we beat Interface 2 or 3 times in BD before the last day.

I wasn't there, I heard the story from both sides. It's just bogus that a squad can be punished for a rule that doesn't exist. What I'm saying is if we were notifyed at all then whoever it was that was accepting challenges probably would have stopped.

No notification was given therefore no punishment should be executed.

Stab, I'm not admitting to anything, I don't know the full story. My guys are telling me they didn't feed. I'm believing them. I wasn't there this entire weekend. I worked 30+ hours between friday night, sat and sunday night. I got back on sunday night at like 8pmEST and my guys were in an uproar over it. That's all. I just don't see the evidence there. There are good points being made but there is no valid proof NOR is there a valid rule stating it's illegal.
