First of all, is this even possible? If it is, I definitely think it should be implemented. I'm sick of the team getting dominated in an FR fight suddenly win the FR battle with a lucky burst. I would like the damage to be 1400 so that it kills spiders/sharks, but doesn't kill a Terrier that has full energy. It would still be a powerful weapon, just wouldn't be the FR fight ender that it is today. Get back to me powers that be.
