IM with ya wad, all that argueing i did b4 i finaly realized i was wrong 4 Spid limit is definatly better. I think shriek will play a jav either way, but i know certain squads wont.

As long as the same rules apply to every squad in TWL-B, the better team will win, the amount of luck that is needed is the only thing that varies.

Take football, for example. Defenders always used to pass the ball back to the keeper when in a little trouble, the keeper could then pick the ball up and boot up up field or whatever. All teams used to use this, it made the games very boring to watch and I imagine to play, but it was a good, solid tactic to use. Now, there has been a new rule implemented stating that you can't pick the ball up if your team has passed it back to you. This rule has revolutionised football. There are now more goals scored and it has made football a lot more fun to watch and play. I'm sure there were people who opposed the rule to start with, but now if you ask anyone what you think of it they'll say, "It was the best thing that happened to football."

So, just because a tactic works well, doesn't mean it is best for the game. A change in rule can make it a lot more exciting to play and watch.
