60 seconds is waay to long, even dsl , cable and others lag spike out once in a while..15 seconds is fine, dont change itwork it harder make it better, do it faster, makes us stronger more than ever hour after , our work is never overComment

Even though I'm not in TWL, I agree with the others. 1 min lagouts and 30 sec subs are too long. 15-20 seconds would be perfect for lagouts. And the subs, I think, should be instantaneous.Comment
