Fireballs isnt really laggy tho. He mite tank for certain reasons but he dont spike and skip all over like moot. I also believe that hannes plays off of Jebu's connection or something along them lines. I dont really understand what they told me on Tanked but i know that it made him under the limits Hannes is probably 1 of the closest too moot tho. Moot is ahead of them all thus far tho.
