I think Mitch will play ever better now that he is back home and has cable. You have to remember, Hannes and Sika are one of the best shark tandems in TW. That makes him that much better, especially with Domi roaming in jav. Anti-Scrub is a good base team, but in my opinion, are not the best by any stretch. Its hard to predict who is, I'm sure Pallies can argue that, considering they beat A-S.

If Spy is a camper, he does it better than anyone else. He can get more kills camping than most people get attacking, plus he stays alive. You can argue with his style, but you can't argue with the results.

I certainly wouldn't say that we are champ material this early in the season. We still have several tough games ahead that will decide if we can even get a playoff spot.

Spybreak! is godly spider. When he plays, due to his style and skill, there's a continuous stream of bullets going into the enemy and he can't be friggin killed.

All very true, but when you play 5 spiders if only 1 of them camps (as spy does in the a-s case) it's very effective as a defensive spider. Generally when the crams falls, spy is still alive, and can give them that extra second to reattach to brookus.

Let's make sure they make playoff's before hailing them as impending champs.

They've beaten teams you were incapable of beating. Yes you beat them, but they didn't have there best lineup on. They've also set, and then broken and re set the biggest crushings in twlb history.

As far as the rest of the schedule they're beat sk8 without a problem. They also are very capable of beating -F-, Inc, RB and even Spastic if the right guys show up.

I didn't say it was all over, my point was that they're playing awful strong when nobody expected it of them.

Definatly this season is the best in basing by far. Any one of several teams could win the cup, and theres going to be at least 1 quality team that isn't going to make the playoffs. I won't say who I think will make the playoffs, i'll leave the to my After 6 weeks in TWL writeup.

I think Spybreak!'s come a long way since back in the day when I was always pubbing. I'd always saw Spybreak! in terrier and I thought he was one of the best there was. Switching his main ship to spider I think was a good idea.

I remember in Light when DUMBRIT! and Spybreak! were around you'd always see a bloodbath, it was great. I give Spybreak! props where they are deserved.

I simply shoot and dodge, snipe, and play smart; I can kill just as easily close as I can far (that you refer to as 'camping'), not to sound like an arrogant ass. But it's just an old terr instinct that lets me avoid deaths at all costs.

So shoot me because I like to preserve my deaths and stay alive and on hand. I say that you can do more for a team alive than dead. Don't take me for some newbie who happens to only camp, if I were to really camp I would prolly kill half as much. Consistency is also key; being able to stay alive every game every minute. If it's working then why try to fix something that isn't broken? Koan or dttr can probably relate, how being dead is useless when you could easily live and continue to kill.

Finally someone else knows what the fuck I'm talking about. I have been getting bitched all the time for being a "camper". Being agressive may get you lots of kills, but a lot of deaths as well. Playing smart, staying alive and still managing to get as many kills takes talent. If myself, spy or anyone else actually only sat in "camping" spots, there is no fucking way we could get that many kills unless the other team was purposely dying on that single stream of bullets.

It especially pisses me off when dumb fucks who don't even spid on a regular basis like to bitch. I do my thing, I help my team, and in the end you're just mad because you get outplayed by smarter spids. Maybe if you quit bitching, you'd actually play well.

actually.. if we are playing 5 spiders.. we have 2 campers.. me and spy
it's just that im not as leet as spy.. so i die a bit more and kill a bit less

Spy is the best at what he does... camping. Now you might say that camping doesn't take much skill, but I've seen lots of other spiders do it this season, and I can tell you, that he's been doing it the best. Granted, you can't have a team of campers, that's where Holydude and the gang come in, who are arguably some of the most aggressive spiders this season.

You forget to mention Ajaxee, who in my opinion might have a great chance to join the top 5 terrs this season. He's got unbelievable natural talent and has really stepped in to take WPE's place, who has been with RB for an extremely long time, not to mention has played hundreds of games with the RBers.

It's still a long season ahead, and things could turn around very quickly in the next couple of weeks. A-S has a very hard schedule ahead of them, harder than it has been, and they're in the tougher of the two conference - seeing as the eastern conference has a 4 way tie with 2 losses each - so it's really hard to say anything about them, besides that they have a great team, that is the most capable I've seen them.

Like Warportal says, ALREADY this has been the most competetive season for basing, and it's not stopping there. Just looking at my squad Incuria's roster we have plenty of very close matches to come that we have to win in order to even make it to playoffs. It's iffy for most of the teams with whether or not they have a chance at a playoff spot.

I bet if spybreak was on any other squad it wouldn't be as efficient, but with Holydude, Neth, Sol, CorpseCreator, or Synical covering him in the lineup, he's free to do whatever the hell he wants. I don't consider him a camper, just a defensive player.

I hate camping spids. Spybreak is successful at it, and has gotten really good at it, but if the whole team played like him, they'd get crushed every time. I guess A-S has found a balance and it seems to be working for them. I wouldn't want him spidering on my team though.
