i bet you get to 12 (maximum) each time before you start reaching and naming stuff like avalonian and elenya.

Roster limit is too high.

We just need a different method to chose teams so that squads like elenya who just JD'd squads like /-/unterz and stuff dont get into TWL.

Easy: increase the disparity between the points earned for beating squads near you or above you in ranking and the points earned for beating squads far beneath you in ranking.
