Captains if you would like your squad to participate in TWLD please post here.

- Please list the name of the squad you are on and any other captains you have.
- Each squad must participate in at least 5 TWD matches post ladder reset to be considered.
- TWLD roster limits will be 9 players on a single league squad and 13 for squads participating in both TWLD and TWLJ.
- The deadline for applying for TWL is March 17th

Is there an underline ruling on how those 5 games are played? For example, 5 games played with YOUR squad and NOT with the use of borrows? Haunt only has 2 DDs played, but those were both with borrows. I'd never sign Haunt up to TWLD if all 5 games were with borrowed players only. Wouldn't do me any good.

There is no specific rule regarding the use of borrows, but we do reserve the right to decline squads from participating in the leagues should it be under suspicious circumstances.

Question... How are twbd teams supposed to practice and be registered and have known lines if double squadding is not allowed on twd site?

As of right now you have to ask to be borrowed by the team you wish to practice with, but as this is largely impractical as the other team can deny players from being borrowed.

We will very soon give out details regarding steps players must take in order to be on two different rosters. We are going to keep track of all aliases being used for league play on the forums to keep the information public and organized. It is worth noting that TWL rosters can no longer be assigned through TWL website, as we are moving to a new one, and thus captains will be expected to submit their rosters (and possible changes) by contacting TWL operators. We will keep these rosters at a separate location.

I do jb. Play hard and do an upset and go down in history. This is TWL. There have always been strong squads. Upsets do happen sometimes. Remember when paladen almost beat heavy? but ogron choked and lost a 49-46 lead we had. Still was exciting. Things like this can and have happened where the underdogs win or almost do

Paladen's usage over the last 5 years is so much greater than our rosters and probably all of TW combined, and you've all played roughly the same number of years as us. It's no-one's fault but you're own if Paladen hasn't progressed enough to win a TWL medal after all this time.

Got to look to within rather than point the blame outwardly.

We have a small roster of 10 players and it's been kept at that unless we pick up some javs. I've had a long list of TWLD winners asking to join monster, but I've had to turn them away, as we are at full capacity. We have even had players who are not at the skill level of a top tier squad asking to join: more than happy to bench a potential TWLD medal than help a low team, but will then make a forum post about stacking.

The days of nobodies benching their way to a title is over and the elite squads are cutting the slack and putting their foot down. These players are now realising that they are indeed Paladen level after all.
