And to get enough talented squads to play in it. There just wouldn't be enough competition, there would be at least 3 squads with a perfect record, and plenty of squads with easy wins. The less squads, the more competition, the harder it is to achieve wins, the more accurate the squads that make playoffs are. Perhaps if you could name me 14 or 16 MORE squads that could compete either TWLD, TWLJ, or TWLB, meaning they could ALL pull off at least a win against the current TWL squads (not counting the fillers) then go ahead. Remember, you're not talking about just a couple more squads, you're talking about two whole new conferences.
I think that before the TWL staff makes up their mind about how many will be in TWL next season, they really should take a look at how the TWD season is shaping up, and how competative things really are. Perhaps they could do it your way Rogue, but they'd need to KNOW that all 20+ teams could give each other a fight for a win. In this case if you looked at the current top 10-20 TWD teams in each division, you'd find that they in fact, couldn't do so.
