I have reviewed some of the posts made on the forum. I took some of the rule suggestions and took the TWLJ rules and revised them. Here they are, please if you see something worth changing, suggest it. We are in off-season right now, so I will be revising TWL based on the mistakes and flaws that were evident last season.
1.0 League Rules
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
1.01 All Trench Wars League Javelin games will be played in one of the TWLJ arenas in SSCU Trench Wars.
1.02 The League games will be refereed by an appointed Referee. Always obey the Referee. Should you have any complaints about a Referee you should contact the League Operator.
1.03 In a case of an unpredictable server crash, router failure etc. that has a massive impact on the game, the whole game will be replayed at a later date.
2.0 Scheduling Rules
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
2.01 TWL games will be on Sunday and Saturday at any available time: 1:00pm EST- 6:00pm EST on both days. There is 1 scheduling system for all 3 subdivisions of TWL.
2.02 All time slots can only contain 3 games. If a time slot a squad captain wished for is already filled, he will have no choice but to select a different time slot.
2.03 All squad captains are given a chance to mutually agree upon an acceptable time for their game. The deadline for schedules to be made is Thursday, 3 pm EST. Exceptions can be made by the following procedure:
a.Both squadcaptains or one of their assistants should email the TWL Op in charge with the new game time they agreed upon, followed by a motivation. It's up to the TWL Op to accept or deny it. NO EMAIL IS SENT, GAME IS SET AT THE TIME FIRST AGREED UPON.
2.04 Game times not agreed upon by both squad captains by the deadline will be assigned by the League Operator.
a. The League OP will assign the first available slot that day.
b. If both squads find that unacceptable they will be assigned the first slot the next day.
c. If one squad has requested a time, but the other did not reply. The squad who requested a time will be granted it.
2.05 Squads that do not show up for a scheduled game will lose by default. The no-show squad is assigned a 0-25 loss and the winning squad a 25-0 win.
2.06 If a squad does not show for 2 games during the season they will be replaced by another squad.
