I don't care to lose, but if I am being spammed or at least get racial slurs pointed towards me by a squadcaptain I know I don't want to play a squad unless it's TWL.

Maybe using TWD simply as a guide, one of the factors taken into consideration when selecting TWL Squads, would be more efficient than basing the selections exclusively on TWD.

And yeah, Everest got caught pulling his plug off his modem, what more evidence do you need? Dice, a remake of shriek, cheated in TWL, and now is cheating in TWD. Are you going to make the stupid decision of cheating in TWL again? I don't blame squads for not playing you, some of you probably use lag cheats too.

Don't change anything. If a squad wants to ease their way into TWL by playing weak squads and then sitting on a decent amount of points, then that is their perogotive. They'll just be slaughtered come TWL anyway.

That could take a spot away from a squad that has played respectable, decent squads, and deserve the spot over a squad that gets a kick out of beating the "EliteClan's" for free points. Squads that refuse to play decent squads to qualify for TWL shouldn't be allowed, and if it is, it's taking a spot away from the deserving.

Sorry that I can't attend your cries child, but I don't pay attention to what happens with the yellow ship or it's division.

Rusher can easily make TWLJ whether or not it plays Dice, since I'm sure there aren't that many great jav squads to take up all the spots.

or just make sure that the "top" squads on ladder have to play last seasons "top" squads (if they are left)..

i havent looked at the current ladder so i dont know which squads are where, but lets say it looks like this:

Warpath
Mystery
Pallies

3 top squads suck, but are there due to playing exclusively newb squads, so ahaving them "play" eachother wouldnt make much of a difference, or show "true skill", but make them play a squad like pallies, (ok just an example) whom actually can play the gray ship, and shit might change.

TWD is a challenge anyone/anytime league, it's fine the way it is.

using it as a twl qualifier on the other hand, is not the best way of picking twl teams in my opinion.

I'm gonna have to agree on that one as well. The leagues before have worked with the same "squad-choosing-techniques", so why change it?
Tho, there were those squads that dissolved during the league, but the arrangements on those were pretty good and working so no huge crashes happened. :up:
