    rule 9.03

    why not have a min of 4 players?

    TWD is with min 4 ppl, why not TWL?

        For basing, I'm glad to see that there is no spider limits. The changes/switches seem sufficient too. I dunno about the points MVP thing, I would rather just have a few stat printouts like Most Kills, Most Deaths etc.

        I take it there is no !lagout/!switch/!change delay like there was last year?

        Some of the rules for basing are very messed up and confusing too.

        10.05 says you are allowed 2 ship-changes per game, while rule 10.14 says you are NOT allowed ship changes. Which is it?

        Also, some rules such as 10.13 are made completely unnecessary because of the advent of time-race basing. There is no need to make a rule about hiding and refusing to fight, since it does your team absolutely no good.

          Rule 8.10 : Sixty seconds for base lagout is not good. I believe that was tried preseason last time and it was horrible. Drop it to 15 or 30 seconds.

          Rule 10.05 : (Edit) I see stab spotted the switching. Keep two changes and infinite switches.

            That was a error what was overlooked when we decided to allow ship changes. Corrected, ship changes are allowed during TWL season 8.

                10.21 If a game ends by result of a forfeit, the losing team will be given a score of 7-minutes, 30 seconds for and 15-minutes against (7:30-15:00), and the winning Squad will receive a score of 15-minutes for and 0-minutes against (15:00 - 0:00).

                I didn't really put much thought into it, but wouldn't this rule screw up something in the standings for +/-? I'm too lazy to figure it out, but that creates a lopsided squad with less points than there should be (one team loses 15:00 minutes while the other team only gains 7:50)

                Also, for one example; a team that forfiets is usually a team that is horrible anyway, and it's pretty likely the squad wouldn't get 7:30 against you. It would be pretty unfair if a situation arose like last season where Spastic got into the playoffs over Rejected Basers based on their +/- alone. One of the squads could easily get screwed out of their playoff spot because they get screwed over by a forfiet win.

                    5.02 Each Squad is allowed to have a total of 3 captains and 5 assistant captains.

                    The TWD limit on assistants was changed to 8 a month ago. What's the deal on this?

                          Because it certainly wasn't last season... and should we even try to make one this season? Are we going to use one of the ideas suggested on the forums?

                            Ya the soft/hard lock idea didnt work last year either, is there some new method that will be used this season? I hope so bc its a nice format if its dont right.

                              I can connect so that my ms is stable and that I won't be spiking, but it is frustrating that I won't be told the Lag Limits because of suspect "lag cheating". I would appreciate it if someone would tell me the Lag Limits (in a private message) instead of waking up early for matches to be told that I can't play.
