This issue has been discussed by the TWL staff.
While the situation clearly shows a forfeit win by Dragonguard using only one player (KANE), and the record clearly shows a large number of KAOS players quitting to join Dragonguard, it still remains that KAOS still does exist as a squad. It has not disbanded. Whether this is an intentional cheat or not, someone on an active squad did accept a match, and then forfeitted. Meanwhile, no reciprical action was taken (i.e. KAOS did not recieve a free win from Dragonguard). Without the direct admission of the members of the squads involved, and with no real witnesses, it is impossible to determine whether this was a deliberate cheat or not against the TWL qualification system.
Because of that Dragonguard will not be banned from TWL qualification. Yet the issue remains, and because we are reasonably sure of a violation, Dragonguard will thus recieve a small penalty. 100 points will be removed from their TWDD stats either as soon as someone fixes the database, or it will be removed when we pick the final squads for TWL and tally up the points.
We sincerely regret that this incident had to happen so close to qualification, and would like to remind everyone that cheating the system will not be tolerated whether blatent or not.
