Not that I can recall, even back in Season 1 there were people bitching about how things were so much better when squads would organise things themselves. It's basically a staple of any TWL season.

Analyzing the problem won't solve it. Being anonymous won't start the rivalries you desire. It Might be a good idea to just come clean and pick a target for your whole squad to assault. Assuming you're even on a TWL squad.
