I.d. does more things than morons like you can realize because the results of staff members' participation (be it answering cheater calls or help calls) is not public knowledge. Just because a staffer doesn't host 400 events a month does not mean they are a bad staffer.

The only problem I see with this is that nethila/pure/shayde/M_M/I.D. are all good players, and play important roles in there squads. So now they have to take on the responsibility of league duties, as well as competing in that very same league. I mean, with pusher, he made the choice to sit out the entire season so he could focus on leagues. With rodge, he didn't play either. Personally, i thought that was pure lucks major flaw as a league op at the beginning, because we'd all be asking for updates on leagues,and he was playing in go base. Not that i'd want him to stop playing, or that i don't think some people are capable of doing both, i'm just putting this out on the table that it could be a problem.

I will admit, there was a little while where I did little to nothing dealing with staff, but I'm back now and I'm going to be as involved as I can with anything I can do. =]

And Kings, perhaps the reason why you never saw me host anything is because I was never an ER.

Well, I was hired in August of 2003 and I was promoted to ER in March of 2004, but I decided to ask for demotion back to ZH after a week of being ER, hosting wasn't my thing.. and then I got promoted to mod in September of last year.

you still becamea er for a while, and hosting isnt allof a modjob, i know that, do anyone ever see a mod host? rarely.. but you have to admit tw needs more hosts. and you admitted yourself to not do enough for the zone. and where did anyone say you were in twl staff? i never saw that.
Hey, i'm one of George W. Bush body guard and no one ever thanked me for it!!! oops, sorry no one knew it...
