Stop doing the bots in java if you're keeping track of a lot of variables with it IN REAL TIME. How hard could it be to be running batch bots (reading the ram for it's knowledge)? If batch doesn't have a sophisticated enough development environment for babysitting 10 to 16 kids in the spaceshipgame for a half an hour at a time (you run them all from one program, and all bot connections off the same connection? run them on seperate machines per number on its local area?) you can easily use the c or the plus or possibly even the hash. You could probably do it in anything you want realistically, and with so many possibilities, odds are there's something much better than java.
Maybe you wouldn't lose so many coders if the system wasn't in such a frustrating language? Perhaps you would gain more if you went to a more well known format.

I would program the bots if they were in .NET. You can get a free version of 2005 for a year on the Microsoft site. After that, its only $50...

Again, why can't the matches simply be run by moderators like the old days?

God knows TW has enough of them.

            TWL Site

The TWL site has been reset, could it be?! Also, note on the "On the move" section, Pandora's players appear even though Pandora wasn't in leagues last year.

I'd be nice to have the TWD and TWL sites sorta integrated. I'd like to see TWL's page given the TWD page treatment.
