rand, this has nothing to do with our preseason game, no one cares, but I was just wondering if you want to revise your prediction of #7 yet. just curious.

The conferences are set up this way because thats how squad captains voted it. no real bias, but it really did screw over the 5th and 6th squads in east, who would make playoffs over in west

Who revises pre-season predictions? If I'm wrong I'm wrong and good on ya. It'd be pretty shitty if I, or anybody else, were to go back on what they had guessed for the long term based on short-term happenings, warranted or not.

nah i liked it too. i dont even think i was gonna be all that active until i saw that. brought out the nerd in me.

1. Grapevine: I don't care if my roster is full of bottom tier players, or the crazy good, lag-laden guys that we actually have. I'm going to put my team at the top just because I have faith in the guys I've recruited.
Top Line: You'll have to wait and see.

Im sorry i dont know any of the players in your newbie squad. Besides my intention wasnt to predict the top lines. I wanted to predict the rankings and name a few key players, obviously your not one of them.

well.. im bored and figured i would make some quick lines up, just to see what kind of responses i get back i guess..

1. -FINAL- : -F- has been on "top" for a while now but it doesn't seem so this season. Most of their players went inactive after last season and stopped caring about the game as much (just like most players end up doing) but i dont think their on top this season. I still think their one of the best and will still have a great season, thus said;
LINE - Sika, death row, Reaver, Ardour, swimkid (vihta, blood, domi)

2. Syndicate : Synd is next up on my list.. i respect MOST of the players on their squad, yet some are just nerdy ass kids who never see the light of day (fireballz, gl losing your virginity anytime soon). I think they will have a great season, thus said;
LINE - Raspi, Colonel, Nikolai, demonfaze, fireballz (stripes, escalate)

3. Sk8 : they seemed to pick up a few players to help them out in twl this season.. i think sk8 will also have a great season.. their teaming is down packed, they all know how to defend each other very well.. although i think they will play alot of their old members before anybody else, I see that being a mistake for them. Thus said;
LINE - B4sERmaN36_X, JuNka, Ease, monkee, Creature (tahkis, AnZu, Zeimonster, vitja)

4. Grapevine : ouch.. you guys came back and started off strong.. as twd progressed you increasingly fell apart .. you lost alot of players that would've helped you out alot in twl such as reaver and mythril. You guys still got a few good players and should be able to have a good season with the players left. good luck to you GV.
LINE - Mega Newbie, Kid Kaos, Scoop, Metalkid, Elven depending on his lag (Randedl, Janitor, stuckup, Nethervoid)

5. Quicksand : good old Quicksand :grin: .. I believe this squad will have the biggest impact on this TWL just because of how many people hate us. Alot of people love to hate Quicksand but they know that we are still a good pack of warbirds. THUS SAID;
LINE - Izor, RaCka, Kthx, Killer Soldier, Deluge (Surfer, cowpope)

6. United Force : As much as these guys piss me off, they have amazing radar aim. They got some serious teaming with their constant radaring.. this will benefit them alot in twl. I think they'll have a great season, many squads under-estimate them, thus said;
LINE - Aerin, Tys, FSTemplar, bharat, Glide (MILOS, Hirokai, King Baba, duclover, Ammunative, Refer)

7. Pirates : Well i haven't really seen these guys step up in warbirds at all since last TWL.. they are also one of the old inactive squads that stopped caring so much. I think they will still pull together and have a good season, thus said;
LINE - Accord, Vigilanty, SaiyanSoldier, all others inactive dont really see anybody else standing out to me although Hercules will add himself in a few games

8. Disoblige : At one point I thought this would be one of the squads that actually did really well in TWL, but then they started slacking off. They still have some amazing players but I don't think they are ganna do as well as they could've done. They've seen pretty inactive to me in TWD recently and they don't have that many players left as it is, thus said;
LINE - Last Standing, Iron Survivor, Da1andonly, Displaced, Phrenitis (Bram) they dont have too many other warbirds to rely on..

9. Dice : Dice has alot of my old favorite players but they ALL pretty much went inactive.. I still think theyll have a great season but they could've had a great one if they were a little more active.. thus said;
LINE - paska, Deez Nuts, Azreal, Poozzman, Riflemen (WAR, Pascone, Suede, a2m, snugz)

10. HEAVY : Heavy.. lots of old friends from this squad.. their teaming is crazy and they know how to work together really well.. I think they will have a few "upsets" this season, thus said;
LINE - Annoyance, Apok, Jones, bike, Kento (Slangin Rock, Caos, Heavenly, Weak, Sirenia)

11. Shinobi : Shinobi has alot of individual talent but that won't get you anywhere in TWL. I have alot of friends on this squad but they just don't know how to work together as a team. They might be able to pull together for a few good games, I hope they do but I'm not sure.. thus said;
LINE - Attacks, Cata, For, gnarl, Royce (Dynasty, Flare, Jeraden, KillerGT, Lame, Unrealistic)

12. Speed : Well these guys havent been around that long, but if they were i think they would be alot better than they are right now. Everybody takes this squad as a joke because of that. This squad has many of my friends from the game on it and i hope that they pull together and do well this season, thus said;
LINE - Cloth, Distract, Abos, thien, Ricko (daren, Wreck, FartFace)

13. Ancients : The reason why I'm putting ancients so low this year is because I haven't seen them dd in months.. They still have a few warbirds but i haven't seen anything from these guys in a while. good luck this season, thus said;
LINE - Fantus, Pakastin, exe, tanzu, Freeze whoever he is, i saw him warbird before (not to sure about their subs)

14. Squad!! : These guys have been real active lately and been gettin alot of practice in, hopefully it will be enough to get them through a good season of TWL for them, thus said;
LINE - Fuzon, OceanBoyNZ, Tragik, Paky Dude, golden duck (Rekall, Surgery)

15. Warpath : Don't have much to say about these guys.. thus said;
LINE - nemiseph, Sunny D, G O D, Morgane, Papa Diop (Lego, Rotating, Kakka)

16. BoZ : Basically this squad is in LD because Connection was the only one who always wanted to warbird and got them to LD.. Don't see this squad doing anything in LD really; thus said
LINE - Connection, sexy wooden spoon, Unexpected, Tigers, Singularity (lief veulen)

Feel free to correct some of my predictions good luck to all the squads in TWL this season..

Most underrated is Diso imo. They always manage to get into TWLD or TWLJ playoffs even though they don't have dedicated duelers so to speak.
