zingy your a plain idiot, i was told by another captain, that knew him as ghast as well. I knew him as ghast there for how can we know he is evading if he is in TW? He was obviously ban on a different name, and evaded his ban.

So, considering we don't have any power us captains to know that they are evading, this game should be cancelled and rematched or scratched. Thx

also in the game, Dark^hunter went 8-5, the final score 50-26 He was obviously not the reason we won. do the math. Final score without him would be 42-31, four vs. five. I don't think he should be an effect on our squad.

Just how are the captains supposed to know who they recruit when they have no resources available to check from? If you ask a mod to look it up you only get a "Sorry, I cannot do that." answer.

There is an example of what i have been telling staff. How the fuck am i supposed to know his alias other then the one i recruited Ghast, then him changing names to Dark^hunter. All i know is ghast and staff doesn't allow anymore information to be past to players.

First of all: It would help if you stopped calling everyone an "idiot" if they have something to say. It's getting old.

Second of all: You recruited him to your squad, trusted him enough to start him, you accepted the risk that he would get caught. And like I said in a previous post, I find it highly unlikely that you weren't aware of the fact that he was banned -- were you not curious at all why he felt the need to be aliased during TWL?

Third of all: Don't blame other people for your lack of the ability to make proper decisions. If you don't want to take the risk of problems like this happening, only recruit people you know very well.

There's really no argument. If it qualifies as cheating, the game gets forfeited . To allow a team who cheated in a game be allowed to "rematch" that game is a spit in the face to the other team, no matter how you look it -- and all it will do is show everyone that cheating is not considered a problem in the zone, because if you get caught, you'll have a chance to rematch the game.

The whole "why should the whole team suffer when 1 person does something wrong" is irrelevant. TWD/TWL is not a "1 person" game, it's a team game, and as such, the team needs to take responsibility... and especially the captains. You made a mistake with recruiting him, just suck it up and learn from the mistake and don't repeat it in the future. The more you argue with people, the worse you look.

Also, it's a shame one player ruined alot of fun for many others...Not saying you guys can't recover from it or anything but it's just the simple fact that one person in this game is responsible for ruining it for many others that had no control over it, for the second time this season.

3.03 Any Squad member found to be guilty of cheating to alter game play and to create an unfair advantage, will be subject to:
a) Permanent suspension from Trench Wars Leagues participation.
b) Forfeit of all Squad matches played in the week the offense was discovered of which the player participated in.


The difference with my squad's dilemma and yours is that there is no rule written down dealing with what we had happen. I don't think you can refute the rules on the TWL website.

This is what I meant by "nonexistent" rule... Like I said before, you have to look for "intent" here... Were we, as a whole, guilty? Or was it a sole decision made by a single being...

Either way, that rule has nothing to do with us, it's written out towards actually cheating to create unfair gameplay... Him playing wasn't "unfair" gameplay... Him gettin 8-5, wasn't "unfair" gameplay... Him using CE or something would be "unfair" gameplay...

I'm just stating the facts is all... Regardless this is all heresay and the mods can't really do anything about it because they can't just believe everybody that gets in trouble, and I understand that...

Newb squad recruits a newb, newb cheats, newb squad whines, repeat the process.

Why dont you have some fucking standards on recruits before saying its not youre fault. Be careful on who you recruit next time, there are such requirements as nice guy/skilled/loyal/good reputation that you might wanna check if you want your squad to go far someday.
