Pummel, why does your example bother you at all. I'm 100% sure at least 5 people in specchat will jump on that newbie ssjgoku123 and make fun of his ass for saying something that stupid. There's always a lot of arguing on specchat, just like in sports..
Personally I'm just glad TWL still gets such huge crowds (even pre-season!!), because otherwise it would become like TWD.. And eventhough last season most threads about TWL games were fights between average squads (like Squad!, United Force and Quicksand), it was still better than having no one commenting to the season at all.

So are you trying to state that those who ain't in decent TWL squad ain't allowed to talk and say their own opinion? Does your so called "decent TWL squad" make someone better player immediately when they join?

Crap talking is part of TWL, and I might add, an important part of it as long as it
doesn't get too personal or go on the side of bad taste. Commentating is fun
and makes the matchup more interesting. We've had some good rivalry in crap
talking even before TWL between league squads, and that is way more
interesting than any input by a squadless player in spec chat, but squadless
people should also be allowed to partisipate in their own way in the great TWL
that they didn't get in to.

It would be dumb if this kind of chat would be in ?go base, but in TWL people are expected to play good and not make mistakes, ofcourse it happens tho. Altho bad players make allot of mistakes, they can notice when good players make mistakes.

The only annoying thing was in twld saturday, I had to play cause I was the 5th guy and I am not a wb at all (yes 3-10 is crap, and even for me it's crap), but people were pming me during the game, that was annoying. And it's impossible for me to be playing and .?ignoring 6 different people.

That was more a bunch of factors. Almost all our wbs can't play on Saturday, but savanger wouldn't accept any time. So on Friday our game got placed on Saturday. Thus leaving a short amount of time of telling people when our game was, and for our wbs to try to be on.

Saturday is a shitty ass day for people with lives, certainly for euro's cause it is in the evening for us. I had my Saturday filled with stuff and I didn't feel like going anywhere in the evening anyway, besides I am not much of a club/bar goer anyway. I doubt we'll have problems showing wbs on Sundays.
