This game is getting old. Pascone is Stirring the kettle a little bit. I think the(his) decision is good. All the old players should have no problem trying to qualify. There is nothing wrong with having to earn a spot. Imagine if the NBA,NFL,or MLB gave automatic playoff bid to teams because they made the playoffs the pervious season. TWL needed a change. I think this is best for all squadrons. It will bring back competitive squads to TWD off season (most likely during the qualifications). Right now, the league is pretty dull, as I see only six squads active and competing squads right now for TWBD (virtuosus, Penetrate, Juice, Pandora, Phyresis, Sage). This will also make the TWL League much more competitive as well. Though, I do agree that two finalists should have an auto-qualification, as they did show they were best of the best.

no matter if you try to stir it up, shake it or remake it , it will never have the same level of activity, carringEnoughToDoGoodInGameness, and skill...
the only people left playing it on a regualr and who still care about games are newbies who havnt been around and nerds who know of nothing else but the space world which they've spent most of their life on without EVER getting good at it.

No it's not. There are like 16 GOOD & ACTIVE squads in every division (except in bd) and youre saying that this game (zone) is dead? Maybe it isnt as active as it was when you started playing but it isnt even close to death. Even dsb is alive with its 8 league squads and +100 players.

who cares if you won league 1 year...dosent mean you should auto get back in the next season...in any sport...winning a league..doesnt guarantee shit...so get over it
