There is no way to prove if a rostering is accidental or not (without the person doing the axing specifically saying he did it intentionally, and then staff needs to somehow have a record of this).

Therefore this rule is fundamentally flawed since the "accidental-ness" of a specific derostering incident can not be easily assessed.

The word "accidental" needs to be removed from the rule, and captains should be more careful if they want to avoid problems. I agree with a 24 hour period in which case someone can rejoin the squad if they are axed (lets face it, even the best people may have bouts of instability because of something that may have happened to them that day), however in such an instance I think that player should not be able to play in any TWL game during the week of the derostering.

I am in the favour of a 'one day cool down' period, with which I mean that if someone gets back on roster within 24 hours (after he got axed / left roster) it should be no problem for TWL, regardless if the deroster with accidental or on purpose (axing or leaving). One condition: the player hasn't joined a different squad.

In other words: the rule as it stands now is 'too strict'. Make it a lil softer and you don't need to discuss anything anymore, since the 24-hour thing + joining a different squads are the only real conditions and objective indicators.

I agree, there really is no "accidental" deroster unless the site crashes somehow. Good idea. Letting other ops know about this suggestion.

and if you get de-rostered 1 min i dont really see it a problem..but we have to draw a line somewhere,And its hard. 5 mins? 10 mins? What if we take 5 mins, and one has been de-rostered for 6-7 mins, What should we do then? Bend the rules? Meh.
