TWL has gone to shit...

Its sad to say because this league was once what everyone wanted to win, what every squad strived to get into, and what everyone wanted to play their best in.

Now its just a joke, ask around to anyone thats been around longer than the last few seasons...

no one thats worth caring about even cares about TWL anymore, because the competition is gone, there are only maybe 3 decent squads in each league (and i mean decent, not good, there are no siege/elusive squads now) that are worthy of even being in TWL

now we have leagues that are full of the toughs, the pumas, the plades (the lifebans haha) that just arnt really competitive....

when i play squads like this I feel like im playing in wbduel, not in a dd or in ld, theres no sense of competition there, they are so bad at the talent level that its sad that they even got high enough on the TWD ladder to even get into ld in the first place


If theres any indication that this game is dieing, look at the top first, because everything trickles down... well if TWL is the top, then this game is dead in 2 seasons at most

In Continuum, there's hardly records to break anymore, because as you mentioned there's no Siege/Elusive that you can beat.

No new generations are taking over this game, or people being able to match the skill level of old(er) squads. Squads are stacked with either people that don't care, are rusty, or just plain bad players.

Think the game's gone past the point of development that it shouldn't have crossed. Indeed TWL isn't as interesting as it used to be. Nor is most other things. But nothing we can do anymore.

No point in complaining either to be true.

It used to be a spaceship game with a similar system to IRC with it.

remove juice from twl that will make things a little bit better.

Basically we need Subspace II. Continuum is like subspace 1.5. Development of Continuum has stagnated and with that the game has also. Its done well however, i can see it going for a couple more years. Once $Flabby$ get into twl, is the time to worry!

The problem as (official) development has pretty much ceased is that things that need fixing dont get fixed. For example the scores server for pub, thats been broken for all zones for a long time now.

I dont get that you are complaining about how this TWL is worse then the ones be4... you lose just as much, you get the same mediocre recs, you still belong to the worst half playing twl... and you complain about how the skill lvl dropped... Maybe get good yourself and then complain. I cannot remember a season you did more then par... Just more then par... and you are complaining how TWL isn't challenging enough... Now if you won your fair share of games/titles or whatever, that would be a validate arguement... I never said I was the best in trenchwars, i never said anything about my own skill in my post actually, i just said the level of competition in TWL is terrible now, and everyone knows it, including the terrible players, you must be in denial about that i guess, but ask your own squad if you want, pretty sure they will agree with that statement

and the only reason im on lifeban at this point is because i came back from TW after coming back from a 6 month deployment for the military, and it was like week 2 or something, and i was invited, and no reason to leave after that, rather stick with the squad im on for twl than join another one anyway

Nah I didn't answered to you as "Plade newbie kid". I answered to you as someone who play TW for some time and understand by reading your post that you know shit. Since you talk shit, I assume this thread should go to useless crap section.

Read back what I wrote you, and try to understand that instead of whining about things that are all the same, and underestimate players in squads that are far better than you, You should quit TWL or Continuum and do something that will give you more interest and fun.
