Our game is dying. What can we do?

solution: in dueling/league matches.

make it so if you get a two or three kills within a few seconds, it'll be a double kill/triple kill. spree for 5 kills without dying. just like how halo works, then record such stats in trenchwars.org/twd. same thing for javing, 2fers/3fers. can even work for basing, 2-3 teks in a row. going 10 kills without dying. etc. it can bring a more competitive nature to the game.

How 'bout if non-staff can elect staff in & out every few months?
Meanwhile staff members can produce their own productivity report every 2-3 weeks to let everyone see their contributions to the community or the lack thereof.
The ones that do the best work will continue to have the support of the community. <_<

Hey, I'm a new player, my friend got me into this game and I started playing in April 2006. I stayed, I thought it was fun at least. Probably the worst thing is people being dicks all the time and thinking they are better than everyone else because they have played 5, 7, 10 years? Who cares really. Maybe if people were nicer there would be more of a welcoming atmosphere

if you havent noticed, pub is full of players that are at a majority, new

if we never got new players, obviously pubs wouldn't be full all the time would they?

if players are leaving after coming to the game, then just change up pub, make it fun i duno... keep purepub or something who knows

the fact remains, we DO get new players still

Actually most of the time, I see a lot of regular playrs playing in the pubs. Not new players.
