Possible All Star situation

The plan is to have the all star events occur next Saturday, the day before most of the makeup games will likely occur since no one ever plays on Saturday.

The idea is this:
TWLD and TWLJ would have a massive team (your squad) deathmatch, similar to the ones that used to be every week that randedl was in charge of.

Of course - this leaves TWLB all stars out in the cold. Meaning - there could be the standard vote for players and only some play. Or - we could do a larger basing map and combine the squads on each conference and have them play against each other.

i would like to see quick knock-out tournament in ld and lj. not deathmatch between all squads. Its just chaos like that. Lb, yes vote. and 8vs8.

there isnt really any point of an allstar game unless either you choose or we choose who should be in it. and then find some way to make that person play in it. and then, play it at a peak time on a sunday before finals. in fact, make it before playoffs begin at all. only take regular season into consideration for allstar picks (like many sports do). make it an allstar sunday and make it back to back to back games.

if you dont do something like this, just dont do one at all. if there is no intrest doing it this way, just dont do it at all. the allstar games are for the people who have had the best season. dont expect to play in it if you arent on that list (unless youre nickname).

either make it what an allstar game is supposed to be, or just dont do it and have some 'twl event' or whatever youre describing

standard voting is better, dont do the huge deathmatch thing that is just retarded. An All-star game is too see the best vs the best of this season. Make it all voting.

we've done the voting in the past a bunch of times. often times, they don't show up. this way, i figure more people would show up as they would get a chance to play. and i guess it wouldn't be an all star game but a twl event instead..

How many makeup games are there? Couldn't we just have the all-star games on that sunday when the other games aren't being played? Maybe we could just save 3 spots for the all-star game, maybe 1pm, 3pm and 5pm and make the make-up games play at 12pm, 2pm or 4pm. Also if you're going to use the TWL website to vote I think it should be changed so you can vote for 10 in TWLD, 10 in TWLJ and 16 in TWLB, instead of 5,5,8 since 10,10,16 are how many would play in the all-star game. This way you could still do the deathmatch thing on Saturday as well.

If that's a final decision you should try to inform as many people as possible (i.e. make an official announcement on the site).
