Prob yes. Tho ofcourse there would be some problems with inactivity and stuff like that. But people shouldnt be able to switch squads within a certain period, few exceptions only, judged by an union or something. People are free to recruit a squadless person to get roster 'full'. Also names should be sticked to an ip to avoid excessive name trading, double squadding etc. If people do trade names they should send an email to the same union which has access to an ip database which will be connected with squadrosters. Also this will avoid people getting on a new name to pretend to be squadless to join a squad.
I know this will reduce the amount of freedom given to players, but since this game is for free and its supposed to be some kind of community I think everyone will be served if people are not excessively trading names, doublesquad or leave squads for breakfast.Winner of TWDL Scrotals

No that's stupid too. People should be able to come and go through squads as they please. That's why TWL has that eligibility thing. Squadhoppers will spend more time waiting to be eligible than playing anyways.
I'm the only one with good ideas in this zone, everyone else just shut up and wait for me to tell you what to do.Mayo Inc. - We should change god's name to "Tod"... see if there's any followers. - Mattey

This idea defeats the purpose of being a good squad. If you couldn't make in into TWL with your own players, well fuck you don't deserve to play in TWL. That simple.
