I dont see how in 3 - 4 months you guys cannot organize a second league. Whats the problem? not enough hosts? Make Zh's host those games for hosting practice. I am sure they'll host. Not enough squads? Make people sign up to make up to 8 teams, (this will include twd cup dropouts) If there are too many signed up use a League B twd cup, if there are less than 8 teams just let 4-5 teams play each other twice or something. Squads dropping out of twd dont wanna do league B? Sucks for them, they are missing out, not everyone can hop to top 8. In fact if squads who are worse but have a loyal core, are more likely to keep their core as the result. Seriously Why would a serious long term squad not wanna participate in an extra competition. Promise top league B team a guaranteed spot in next season. Website? just modify the twl site right now to include league B section.

Mirr i dont wanna sound like i am a know it all, but its really, really important for the zone that you guys step it up and make the second league this twl if you reducing squads to 8. Let it be shitty, let the website and bots be buggy. But even that is 3 times better than taking away from squads and encouraging inactivity.

I say make a B league or the population will drop by 1/10 or something..
cuz if there are only 8 teams in league every division it will be like 16 teams and then you have like 20+ squads who wont play that much and many people in those squads will quit then..

If its so easy, you do it No offence but alot of people have suggested a 2nd league without any idea of the amount of work it would take to make it happen. I think having a working website and stable bots is actually very important. Its going to enough work for the TWL ops and webdev to get everything ready for TWL we really don't have the resources to setup a 2nd league as well.

If you REALLY want a second league, you and all the other people who want it will have to make it happen.

sorry that some of us choose different professions then the one you chose, but that doesn't mean we don't want to help, it just means that certain things like website/html coding, bot coding, etc we cannot do

those with these abilities chose their profession and they probably chose to be on staff, its appreciated, but don't say that everyone else isn't doing anything just because we didn't get an IT major like the rest of you. There are other majors in college nowadays, so I'm told.

give me powers over ?go base/wbduel/javduel bots and i can make it happen sunday 25th may. i can even make a site for it in pure html with pink colors, and bjork playing in the background. you just worry about posting the winners on tw.org

seriously, shut up. you are repeating stuff that was long ways done already in season 6. get your act under control, discuss if tw needs aml or not and make a decision.

care to explain yourself? im assuming its coding bots and things, which i'm not an IT specialist so put it in laymens terms please

oh if all of us were computer majors in college! subspace staff would never have an excuse to not get things done!! Oh but wait, none of us would have jobs either cuz the market would be too saturated. This would probably create a cataclismic downfall of subspace, starting from the top with Priitk! He would have no money because he could not find a decent paying job with everyone undercutting his prices! The servers would go down, and eventually everyone would live with their moms and flipping burgers in the fast food industry!

getting my point here? we can't all be computer know-it-alls... you happen to be one of those so its your responsibility to give what you can as long as your a member of staff

If you can't get official staff support to run the AML i am happy to assist with hosting it (maybe even sort out a website), but i can't run the thing, i simply don't have the time or will to do it. look im not trying to single you out, im basically saying all of staff have responsibilities based on what they were recruited for... so your a webdev, great, awesome, glad to know your doing your job....

so what about the other staff that don't do bots or webdev? The ones that organize leagues... mirror would be a good example of a staffer actually DOING something... at least that the public can see... why not expand on this and make leagues even better?

its obvious there is a demand for new things like a 2nd league for the lower tier squads to be able to compete in, and many higher tier players are in agreement with this... so why would staff just throw the thought away? Quite clearly if thats the case, then higher staff are the ones ruining the game by making no decisions or dismissing ideas


lets pretend staff is a government... well governments are created by the people for the people... doesn't matter what TYPE of government, but thats the way it is... and if the people are unsatisfied for so long eventually the government will collapse, and the people will scream for blood, so to speak
