I will start by saying im focusing on TWLD but u can derive this to other leagues.
I believe the first problem is the competition so i would prefer 12 squads battling it out per league.
Roster limit of every squad should be 35 people, hands down.
In twl, squads compete to win a title. I will say that again, SQUADS compete to win a title. I am not talking about 5-8 same people playing every game for their squad.
A new feature i am proposing is "declared career". What this basically means is that each player when joining a squad can choose a declared career he wants to be looked as. 3 choices = A wb, a jav, or baser. This way each league has to have all players who are assigned to their prefered career play at least once in twl.
With this said, i think it should be mandatory for every person on squad roster to play at least 1 game. This way, rosters might become smaller but in fact stronger, giving a chance for other squads to be made for even more competition. This will decide who you REALLY need on squad, and wont give freebie titles to people who never moved a finger in twl games.
Now combine this with some other opinions across the forums on TWL improvements and i think this would be the final, perfected product of TWL games.
PS: i do realize some people who would be looked as useless on squad would give up the will to even participate in twl but if they truely felt like that, they dont deserve to be in twl in the first place. I would 100% of the time replace some newb who wanted to be in twl with a vet who lost interest in competition any day of the week.
