TWDC-D Hot or Not (by Kthx) ::::: Final Score - Fate-50 Paladen-39.
Honorable Mention ::::: TWL Staff :::::Before I start with the hot or not in this game, TWL staff truly deserve an honorable mention. After trying to use an robobot to host a TWL game they finally found out that it didn't work so being the intelligent beings that they are they decided hey, lets use a wbduel bot. After another 15 minutes or so they figured out that the setupwarp coords are different from wbduel and the ?go twl arenas so people were staying on the same frequency and warping all over the place before the start of the game. This means both teams spawned with random bullets already flying halfway through the arena and narrowly missing some players. And lets not forget the terrible lag limits that wbduel bots allow in games over a twdbot as was my idea. Lets hope this ineptness isn't going to be a common thing this TWL or else we might be dealing with another terrible season.
Hot ::::: Cloth ::::: Really the entire fate lineup played this game smart, Cloth made good decisions and really backed up his team well, he was hitting vulches and causing the other team to take stupid shots by keeping pressure up. He was the obvious leader of the team and they followed him, he was the true playmaker for Fate this game. I would also like to think that Cloth was spamming on his chat to ignore Metaltrash and let him run until the end, then team him up, but obviously I can't be sure of this, even if this was the strategy they employed.
Not ::::: metalkid ::::: I hate to quote myself in hot or nots that I write but unfortunately I am just so damn good at knowing what is going to happen.
Kthx> Paladen will look like they are winning because metalkid will have 8 deaths left, but they will be losing at the mid point

Go figure when exactly that happened and metalkid went from 13-4 to 15-10 as his teammates started rapidly dying out from playing 4v5 the entire match. I don't know why anyone would put this guy in a game of this importance especially with his past history of being a greedy rec whore or going 0-10. What more can I say, metaltrash lost Paladen this game.
TWDC-J Hot or Not (by requiem) ::::: Final Score - Plade vs. Laser: 19 - 50 and - Sage vs. HEAVY: 50 - 26
This weeks TWDC-J round one was an interesting to say the least, Laser and sage completely annihilated their 'competition' and will progress to the finals of the TWD javelin cup.
Hot ::::: Laser ::::: If you want to get picky we can name off a few players but for this weeks hot section of the TWDC-J i would like to mostly name sage and laser for putting up a pure domination over their opponents. Honorable mentions to 24 with a record of 13-3 putting his javelin above all others from this weekend.
Not ::::: Plade ::::: We're not going to sit here and pick away at heavy but they were definately outmatched with Sages solid team effort. Instead i am going to speak to you about this weaks not squad of plade which their best record was 7 kills and 10 losses. honorable mentions to the LVP's of this week with an embarassing 2 kills and 10 losses.. cough HMS who clearly needs to start putting more time playing then running TWEL and being an event coordinator and 'will-o'-the-wisp' whoever the hell he is.
TWDC-B Hot or Not (by voth): Sage over Rape (15:00 to 1:03) and BasingCrew over Brainwave (15:00 to 12:09)
Hot :::::BasingCrew::::: I was going to give the Hot to Sage for absolutely raping Rape (haw haw), but I decided that BasingCrew deserved the mention for managing to put away a tough young Brainwave squad. Rauta and trouper were impressive in spider and somehow JeBu managed to win a game. Gmail and NL>Trigger played a sturdy game in the fat ships. Well done by BasingCrew to make sure your TWL hopes stay alive.
Not :::::Rape::::: I'm sure everyone saw this coming... Rape is a.. well, Rape is... Rape just isn't a basing squad. They got their faces stomped in by an apparently rather angry and vicious Sage team. Well they did get a minute... but they're going to have to do much better than that to be taken as a serious competitor. Honorable mention goes to Thix for ramming a repped burst in his game vs BasingCrew to pretty much seal the game in BasingCrew's favor.
