Of course vigi was on the TWL roster before he was removed. He had been on the squad since the beginning of november, had the highest K-D ratio and was constantly being mentioned in starting lineups by predictors.

Mirrorrim please stop listening to all the poorly educated misogynistic teenage dumbasses on these threads and listen to logic and reason instead of passing them off as the consensus of TW. If you want a consensus opinion, take a poll. Just because a few of delectable's e-friends have gathered here to defend him, doesn't mean most people in the zone want to see a known cheater, and evader get off his ban just because he's "popular" or a good warbird.

Finally, this is more than just pascone is "fishy." Pascone has on numerous ocassions knowingly allowed delectable to be on his squad. And delectable has been caught on numerous ocassions evading a ban. All one has to do is take a look at Pascone's roster on any squad from time to time and see the guy with the best record. Seriously. It's usually Delectable. I think you should talk to Rudy about this because he's the one that has probably banned delectable at least six times over the past half year or so. Explain to me, how the fuck Pascone would not know who the guy that gets 15 kills a game is on his squad and talks the SAME as delectable and plays the SAME as delectable is not delectable.

Just think for a second. How do you go about proving that Pascone knows that it is delectable on his squad? The answer is that it is virtually impossible to do so without either him or delectable actually admitting that. And what are the chances of that? None. So what do you expect? Pascone isn't going to hold up a sign saying "I LET #1 WARBIRD CHEATER/EVADER ON SAKE." No. Only I hold signs.

edit- Actually let's shorten that. If we went and banned cheaters and double squadders based on the public's opinion and circumstancial evidence you would of been lifebanned years ago ignite.

I told the rest of upper staff the situation. Like I outlined in #2 of my post, I do not have enough reason to remove him as a TWL cap. As a TWD cap, that will have to be discussed with the TWD Smods (which could affect his TWL situation). If Vigi had played a game, then there would be definite consequences. There are no TWL rules that talk about harboring a banned player on a TWL roster. If he had played a game he could fall under...:

Any Player found to be guilty of cheating to alter game play and to create an unfair advantage during a TWL match will be subject to:

A) Permanent suspension from Trench Wars Leagues participation.

B) Forfeit of all squad matches the offending player played in the week the offense was discovered.

...If we look at cheating as finding a way to get around the ban and play. I realize you guys get very frustrated wondering why staff doesnt just jump on every injustice the public cries out about, but either way, we get hated on for "not strictly following the rules" or we get hated on for "being too harsh with the rules." Probably a thread about either side of that story every day. We cant decide someone is guilty based on public opinion stating that "of course he would know dele is vigi!" That would cause a lot of problems if we stuck to that guideline.

So I've chosen to try and be strict with the rules (although that's been brought up for interpretation). Anyways, dele is permbanned. His ban is not ending anytime soon that I'm aware of, and NO, I repeat no, I will not allow him to play TWL if there is a miracle and his ban is lifted.

This is a 4mb, 2 dimensional, free (well for all of us except you :P), online space game. Let it all go and just enjoy TWL. Its the best part of TW. Im banned forever and obviously will not participate in anything related to TW and pascone will do whatever it is he does. The end. Case closed. Theres nothing else left to discuss. I served my time when I was twd banned by Pure_Luck for a year back in 2004. But for the record, I have never cheated beyond breaking TWD rules, I only used double squadders in TWD back when the rules were very loose and you weren't around. Plenty of people double squadded for me including: code, destroy, cig smoke, a2m, luke*, bash, etc. Being lifebanned is for far more serious offenses.
