the superbowl is at 6pm est , schedule your games before 5pm est and you would be good, fucking dumb morons. I bet half of you aren't big enough to carry a fucking football, talking about watching the superbowl as if it your life and takes your whole sunday. Buncha dumb fucks.

As for the people saying there are alot of superbowl parties - why can't you goto one of these parties for 6? You know, when the superbowl starts? I know I'm last the person to be sayin' you can't drink any earlier, or anything else, but really. You can still see the games, and be fucking hammed before it's over, and still have hours to chill.

Anyways bringing up the world cup is meaningless here, because I'm pretty sure the world cup finals would have TWL canceled. I can be around either way, but I would prefer to have the day off. I'm sure for the sake of the league canceling it would be better. Otherwise you'll have more backups playing than usual.

Izor, if you don't want your backups to play, axe them, they're useless. That's exactly why your roster has over 30 birds. So if the top 5, or even 10-15 don't show, you have someone else to play. Look at any sport out there, if your QB breaks his legs, they don't cancel games because they won't be 'as good', you play another guy.

For my final point, I'd just like to point out that alot of Americans wanted American Thanksgiving off for the same reasoning. That didn't happen, so it would be really hypocritical for staff to even consider this.
