In my defence I wasnt aware what had actually happened till after the game and read up. If I had known what had happened I would of speced. When I read up and realised I shouldnt of even been in, I was annoyed. Then to see that it was intentional and that the person that made the sub meant to do it and was constantly bragging about it... I was furious. So I left Thunder.

For what its worth, Sorry Pirates. Vys is the type of player that could of won a 2 vs 1.

Although you can't appeal saying it was an illegal sub since the rules state subs can be used at any time. You should appeal because the bot didn't work correctly and count ease's death.

The Rules also quite clearly state that you only get 10 deaths per person. I think considering the game is 50-50, that rule would overlap the subbing anytime rule. Honestly, if this had been the other way around, Thunder would've most likely had the appeal already written and sent off before any other squad. Otherwise, let's just throw your 3 guys in the ring with vys, if the game is to 51, he still has 1 life left. I'm confident he could beat you guys.

Gotta say, missed last season, but this is becoming more true as I watch them. Respect for Thunder really falling here, it's too bad they can't win games with skill alone, they need to fall back on whatever lame/cheap methods are available to them.

Oh and Burnt, they talked about how it was intentional later in a twbd. I think it was just decided that accepting Pirates appeal would cause more hassles than people deemed it worth. Regardless of who was actually right, it was just easier to not replay the game and say Thunder got lucky with the sub. It sucks to see that in TWL-D, the oldest and most active league, you can win a game due to abusing a bot, and still be handed the win.

Everyone knows what happend. Whoever subbed Ease saw that shot coming, knew damn well it was going to kill him, and managed to sub him out right as he died. While it can be argued that they didn't break any rules, they did. They got an extra death, the player wasn't removed as he should of been. Hell even Ardour said he would of specced. -alright alright, im done.

I would only argue that the point it that the result could have gone either way.

Thunder knew what they were doing and they basically did whatever they needed to win. Even if thats cheating, they are just going with the trend. Isn't that what the mirror twl is about anyways? Anyways.. the lack of a good TWL operator has been going on for a couple years now and I will be quitting after playoffs.

Is there not a delay between when you type !sub to when the sub actually takes place? If there is then there is no way draft could have seen the shot coming.

10.03 Substitutions
Each squad will be allowed to have two (2) substitutes for each game. Substitutes must be registered and eligible members of that squad. Squad captains and assistant captains may use their available substitutes at any time during the match.

You can argue the rules should be changed but not that we broke them.
