LOL although this looks like it belongs in trash talk with all the other people's threads, I've noticed in this past week that in preparation for the playoffs, his lag appears to have gone up at least 50 ms from what I remember seeing at the start of the season against Quake or even the following week when he had a 14-2. I have also noticed in playing against him that on top of his lag, which I'm accustomed to having played with/against Geio, vitja, mega newbie, elven, etc, he shoots while still boosting and continues on a little bit after he shoots. He also comes from ridiculous lengths and shoots instantly. This happened in a dd today, and to make sure I wasnt biased just because I was playing against him, I had several unbiased third parties in spec look and they noticed the same things. I would ask that a few staffers that are very familiar with wb settings watch him in the playoffs although babysitting is pretty childish.
I think it shouldnt be taken lightly when I say someone is cheating. Again, I dont throw out these accusations randomly I think Olympia Girl with TWEL and vys on ice a few years back were the only people I've said were cheating and I was right both times. Naturally I've said 'what a cheat' or something in game every once in a while when someone goes through a rock, but the issue I'm pointing out here has nothing to do with that.
As for what happens to Pirates if/when he is found to be cheating, I'd like to point out that although the rules are pretty specific about what happens to squads with cheaters, I dont think hes been cheating all season and I dont think it would be fair to eject them from playoffs in all 3 leagues because of this. I just dont want a squad like Sweet to get cheated out of any fair chance at winning their playoff game, seeing as how theyve been online nonstop for the past like 3 weeks. Also Quake should take note of this as they are scheduled to be playing Pirates in semis. Let the flaming begin
EDIT: As I've said before when he was on Ice, sometimes the cheat that he used there looked like normal lag to someone that doesnt truly understand wb settings. I think the more veteran wb's understand hes not legit atm, and hopefully if hes doing the same crap come sunday he'll be exposed
