    Should we take out random damage in TWLJ and TWLB?

    Advantages: Less randomness is good for competition.

    Disadvantages: It's different from before.

    If you remove random damage, what are you going to set the damage to? You can't leave it the way it is. 700 is too much. But if you put it at like, 300, I think it would change the game far too drastically to be any good.

        hmmm i dunno. if the damage is changed then what would it be changed to? 500 per red bullet? not only that, but i assume that bursts would kill every time. seems like right now they only kill about half the time with full energy. bursts could be really annoying.

          we did a similar experiment in hockeyzone. there's been random damage there for years, and they turned it off for one week to try things out. it ended up being horrible because it took away the unpredictableness and forced everyone to play super-passive. it simply wasn't fun anymore. for tw, i'd hate to see jav matches get even MORE slow-paced, and in basing, that random damage is almost planned for to be able to break spider lines.

          random damage is one of the few chaotic factors that make tw fun.

                        Random is a part of trench wars, and should not be changed.If everything was the same, it'd be boring. Plus it's always fun when you shoot out 1 bullet and do tons of damage.

                          For example svs league had random bullet dmg for years. Max was like 350. It's been fixed damage of 212 for some time now and it is better than random. Less flukes, more skill. Nothing more gay than 1000 dmg bullets in javs. As for TWLB I think it would change it too much.
