Start the next TWL in February or March

It takes at least 3 months to play TWL (11-14 weeks probably, depending on the number of teams). So March-April-May runs into most college semester finals and Memorial Day in the US.

march/april would give plenty of time for squads to form and qualify. bypass TWDT since it pretty much generates no interest in the game. too many people quit inbetween TWL seasons and we don't really have the population to lose many more people with another year-long wait.

i wasn't trying to disrespect it at all, twdt is fun, but the reward isn't there at all. i won twdtd last season and i don't see my name in ?go twdtd or a medal next to my name for it. until that happens, TWDT will always fail in comparison to TWL as far as interest and respect goes

I'd like to point out that for the first time in almost 5 years, TW had over 500 people in the zone for an extended period during the weekend of the most recent TWL Finals. Average weekend population during TWDT weekends is just slightly higher than half of that. This will improve though, I'm sure of it.
