As it looks like it will be a mini tourny of some sort in LB it should only be logic and fair that there is one for LJ for obvious reasons.

It isn't logical. It does not follow from what happens in LB that LJ should do the same thing. The cases could, and should, be handled independently.

You can't try to cut off a line of argument because you find it inconvenient. You may try to refute the argument, but you did not do that.

We can and should make the argument. You've already said (see above) that you were aware of the change. This observation is material to showing the invalidity of your argument.

I think your case is weak. To wit:

1) You were aware of the change.
2) Your squad had players on, played JDs, and were beaten.
3) Your allegation of feeding is unfounded.
4) Your proposed remedy is arbitrary and not logically connected to any of your premises nor supported by any of the evidence you've provided.

dude the cutoffs is always intense and this season it has apparently fallen on some euro holiday as well as dead week/finals week for american schools (at least), not to mention TW population isn't what it used to be, and every active player counts and especially in our case, a lack of 2-3 key players cost us. soilderz obviously planned to have diso qualified by saturday given the deadline he was aware of, and didn't have the flexibility to call an audible and recover on sunday lacking some of our javs.

I think that 1) we should have a week or two delay, or failing that 2) we should rename this season TWL 14.5

It should also be noted that, in addition to us not trying to scheme our way into TWLJ (seeing as we have 102 games played which is the 4th most of any squad, we actually tried our best to make it) we have made TWLJ numerous times in the past, and have always put up a fight in the regular season (actually making it to playoffs multiple times). I think this appeal should be truly considered not only because of how legitimate it is but because we are an honorable squad that has tried to add competition to all three leagues for at least 5 seasons. I understand that Paladen could say the same thing about their longevity as a reason for them to be allowed their spot in TWLB, but the truth of the matter is that they haven't competed ONCE in TWLB for them to say that they are a veteran basing squad would be false. I don't mean to bring them into this, but TWLJ has always been a league that Disoblige competed in, and for us to get jipped out of it this season is just unfair.

Unofficial response: Despite this loophole about the time everyone is trying to use to their advantage, I remain convinced that 99% of you knew that the deadline was Sunday night, NOT saturday. This applies even more to you soilderz, not only because you are a member of staff, but a TWL-Op as well. For the sake of uniformity I guess this kind of has to be approved since the LB one was, but for the record this is getting a bit retarded.

Esau, the point is that OUR javs had read on the twd.trenchwars.net WHEN the lock was. We were in by the time they thought and therefore didn't show on sunday. I did NOT know that the lock was on Sunday night BEFORE I came home from 1st May celebrations on the evening on sunday. Then I also saw that the ladders were not locked and that we were 10th (soon to be 11th), We had no other choice but to JD with the guys we had which wasn't a good line and I would've never played that line if the javs knew they were needed.

Atleast Reab and Menel the captains of Sage and also Marge the captain of Sweet seems to be understanding the situation when Sage also almost missed LJ.

Paladen was in TWLJ cut-off literally all week, not just the night before. Take all the points Paladen won in their last 6 jd's before cut off and Paladen was still in top 10.

Disoblige not getting in is not Paladen's fault. It's your own. Learn to count.

We were #9 at the real cutoff time.
If we have to vs disoblige now before we enter then it would be absolutely ridiculous.
Several staffmembers told me Saturday already when the REAL cutofftime was.
If we had seen this coming We would have made Sure we already made it to top 10 in the twjd ladder on Saturday.
