My beef with "top" squads

I fully intend to play all the matches this season in LD. I agree with you river, I'm not down with the over stacked squads with good pilots never even getting to play. I would def not be on a squad where I wouldn't play in the big games just to win titles. Stop being bencher bitches yall and form more squads for the competition. Good post river, I agree with you 100% on this. That's why I don't think badly of dak or dele or anyone who left fierce to start on another squad. Except... Idk why beam left to bench on thunder. Thunder is fun, I had a good time on sk8 last year, but I wouldn't be on a squad where I wasn't going to play. Buck up yall and get some competition going...

I agree with river on this, and that's another reason I'm staying with dice for ld. We don't have a stacked lineup at all or anything, but I get along with the teammates I have, and it'll be fun to ld with unabled, a2m, keith, vys, guero, yakuza, and megaman89 . I like the idea of having more competition, were as in last year, it was pretty much lopsided.

Next up is Fierce. I was actually surprised to see that the "issue" doesn't exist so much this year, since some of their players from last year brightened up and went on their own.
Probable PLAYOFF Starting Line: RaCka, DEEZ NUTS, Apok, skepsis, Kyou/scoop
That leaves out one of scoop and Kyou. I expect deez to show up to season games, and racka to afk till playoffs, leaving out complications till playoffs do arrive. Now they got kyou/scoop (easily starters on every damn squad in tw - Thunder), death row (still a force),.

Aww, you're only being nice to me because we're friends :wub:. But I'm not starting material anymore due to my long inactive stretches, to be quite honest. Hopefully I can get it back. But other than that, your points are valid. :grin:

If you benched your way to a title, most of the people involved in TWL at all probably know it. That really doesn't give you any bragging rights, which is what it boils down to anyway.

That being said it would be great if some of these benchers (which is not meant to have a negative connotation at all, by the way) decided to split off and form new competitive squads. Most people just don't have the time or energy to form a new squad and see it through, which is the bigger issue.
