at no point did anyone say zidane did nothing wrong, even he won't deny the fact that he used racism, the (unfortunately valid) point is that the punishment he received was unwarranted and like it or not that unfairly took an unquestionable starter out of sage's lineup

now granted he was being a dingledoink by evading his silence but even that silence shouldn't have happened, that can be held against him on a personal level for stupidity but it's irrelevant to the appeal

Yeah this is a shitty situation I'll be the first to admit. I'm glad that no one has been retarded enough to accuse us of bias yet at least. This verdict doesn't really give the racism abuser an advantage though. All it really does is restore a privilege that was wrongfully denied from him. I don't really like what we had to do here for a lot of reasons, but in the intention of fairness it did have to be done, even if we're the only ones who think so.

Once again I reiterate, the odds of something like this being approved are infinitesimal, so I warn you for your own sake to not try to recreate this scenario, any of you. It won't be making a point to me, I'll laugh the entire time, it will just be someone screwing themselves and their squads over unnecessarily

Even though we won by like 10 kills or whatever, we played down to our competition and probably would have won by the same margin no matter who was in for you... And if you want to talk shit and reference my TWL averages like you did with others, I think I still average 9-7 even with my 3-6 vs you guys so please don't even bother.

Up until this point I agreed with every appeal upheld (because some common sense is needed by TWL ops to ensure parity and integrity in the league and sometimes the rules need to be bended to maintain this). Even the Tenure decision that benefitted Dwopple who I dislike was Okay in my book. This appeal, though, is a joke.

1.) Everyone who's played Trenchwars for more than a week knows racism is illegal and any newbie who reads the news.txt should know this too, let alone a veteran player who has played 5+ years. You don't want to be banned for TWL sundays? Don't be racist.

2.). All appeals need to be made within 24hours of the Twl game... This was made on Tuesday. I don't care if you couldn't have reached Demonic till Monday at midnight... The TWL game occured on Sunday and the ban happened on Saturday. If you really had a problem, you should have appealed it right away like every other squad has to.
