But...why... Per it sucks to be so delusional thinking fixing broken features and wasting months of staffers time will increase the population. Really? You do know these broken features will never be fixed right? Meaning that it's actually worth a shot adding something completely new/ unique and that's not done before.

one of these fixes people keep saying (and u will prob agree too) is to remove pub bux. Srs if old players have been quiting over the 10 or so years coz of boredom/ lack of change: why would the population increase to this change. When ddos happen and there was no spacebux for abit in temp zone- pub was just as dead with everyone in spec.

it took around four to five hours to fix this mess because I had already done all the planning and added the matches to the TWL website.

first of all, I had to remove the old TWLD schedule from twl.trenchwars.org, which means I had to manually remove every single TWLD game, one by one, and to do that you had to basically go through 4 pages each single time and hope you did not counter the 408 error which was constantly appearing on the website. it is safe to say that it took me almost an hour to remove all of those matches.

after that was done, I had to redo and replan the entire TWLD schedule, rethink my plans and figure out what to do with TWLJ, TWLB and replay/all-star weekends, make the new schedule from scratch, balance out the home and away counts with top two seeds having one additional home match in comparison to the bottom two seeds who had one less home match, and add it all to the forums. this took me over an hour and a half to finish, which is quite fast all things considered.

however, then I had to add this new TWLD schedule to the twl.trenchwars.org website. this took a damn while, as you have to pay tons of attention and have to add every match, one by one, to the website. to add a match to the website, you have to click through five pages and hope you don't encounter the 408 error as else you had to redo the match. first you had to go to admin side and select scheduling, hit on the create match button and then select the league you wanted to create. there, you had to pick the week, home and away team, hit accept and repeat the process. it took me over two hours to finish this one.

so it's safe to say that i was pretty damn annoyed about the whole situation, and it didn't help that you were trying to get yourself freed without even being nice to me. i had to rethink my personal schedule to fix this mess by adding an additional five hours to an already busy schedule, and that kind of ruined my week.

There are two big failures here. First, the rules were not followed when a player was allowed to double squad. How many times does it have to be proven that players will exploit whatever they can before those who make decisions figure it out? Second, is that a banned player is allowed to troll virtually everyone in the zone endlessly. How much time has now been consumed on this issue? Why do we allow 1% of the players to cost the zone 90% of the resources year after year? Whatever 'zone cred' Fork may have built up over the years certainly was consumed about 2 weeks ago. Can we just move on now?

Ephemeral i don't make ideas/ youtube vids to get zone credit ?you really thought i was that kind of person. I make these stuff only to try and improve the population- if my ideas actually work and the population increases- i don't care if i get mentioned or not. You doing this is very risky as a couple of squads could have sneaked into 8th ranking and ruining your "prediction" and you wasting hours of deleting squads/ editing... when you could have just waited till afterwards- then make the schedule. So no, i strongly don't believe i wasted your time on this... if anything, you did this on yourself by being stupid by predicting who you thought would go through... then back tracking and editing your mistakes afterwards.

So again, it didn't take very long to remove the twd points from paladen (to correct the situation instantly)... and would have made 0 different if Turban was in the right frame of mind, by waiting till after qualifications before working on the TWL schedule and adding squads.

have already explained this to you, and I'm fairly certain that I posted it to this thread as well, but too lazy to double check.

TWL qualifications ended on Sunday, 11:59 PM EDT and the TWL invitations were sent shortly after the TWD ladder lock toall qualified squads (which 8 in each league). I had already posted a seeded schedule weeks before the ladder lock to these forums, which I used to create the TWLD schedule after invitations were sent.

I did the schedule based on those seeds as it was unlikely that any of theseteams would decline an invitation to the TWL season. This TWL schedule was added on Monday at around 1:00PM EDT, roughly 11hours after TWL qualifications had ended.

We decided on Tuesday evening that Paladen wouldbe extended an invitation to the league. I did not have to invite them to TWL, but I did as an act of goodwill, and thus had to add Enemy as well to the league as it would have beensilly to run a league with 9 teams.

This meant that I had to redo everything; all of my plans were ruined, and it was all because of your shenanigans. I could have just said screw it and not invited anyone, keep the old league format that I had planned on running this season, but alas that would not have been a good move for the zone activity.

So, quite frankly, I'm not happy about the situation.
