now that the storm has calmed i would like to make the statement that both Dudgeon and Thunder are still heavily favored over Enemy when the playoffs begin, and while performing in grand style during the regular season is always an indication of how well a team is doing, it can only be credited to their roster depth which is a blatant case of player hoarding. i do feel that quality will prevail over quantity, come to the playoffs, as several of these Enemy starting players have their clear flaws that can be abused by a more talented player.

it is a shame that one squad has decided to hoard as many player as they can in one league, as they have two non-basing players on the TWL squad roster, and perhaps only three that are capable of playing in multiple leagues at an acceptable level. in my opinion, these players could have been playing elsewhere to increase the overall competitiveness of the league, and in return made the regular season more exciting. nevertheless, what can one even truly do about the situation? friends tend to stick together as if their butt cheeks were glued together with superglue, and it would be painful for both of them to be separated from one another.

alas, as a word of warning, complacency will be your squads downfall. i haven't really been impressed by your lineup thus far and would actually be shocked if you guys won the title.

We had some javs and even a few wbs earlier this year but they decided to not stick around. Exalt for example joined 2 times and was in the squad in total for 4 days. The player base is a bunch of hoppers that can't commit to anything. Thus we have only basers left. Now maybe that's Enemy squadron's fault for not being good/fun enough for these ppl, but whatever. No javs or wbs ask to join us so what do you expect us to do? All the goddamn javs/birds either already have a team or can't stand the idea of playing with baser newbies.

And the reason we got in both LD and LJ to feed everyone's recs is because you decided to invite the whole damn zone to these leagues even when we all know that LD should just be Fierce vs Thunder. At least our crappy basers are showing up to get raped to keep up appearances of TWL's healthiness. Granted we wanted to get in, partly to get around the roster limit that's ridiculous for a basing squad.

And about this "stacking" thing. I don't think it's stacking if we struggle every day to get people online to get enough for a bd. We had almost 3 weeks of no bds at one point due to inactivity. Today we managed to scrape together 6 players for a couple of bds for the first time outside a Sunday in a long time. I think we need more players, not less, sorry. And like you said, we're not the favorites to win TWLB.

Also DOWNFALL's arrogance and shit talk is not condoned by us and he is a very naughty boy who deserves a spanking.

Personally I have no idea why squall/hk left. I actually rejected a couple of old dice members so they can start on this squad because I had faith that they would finish the season with us, not to mention how highly VA spoke about HK and squall, and told me the only way he would join this squad is if squall joined and started. I definitely did that, idk why they left, they won't even start on that squad, and now we're a few games in, they won't even get the points needed to qualify for an LB medal on Enemy.....it's only regular season, not playoffs, I have no idea why they would, I'm completely disappointed on their decision, but in the end of the day this is a free game and anyone can do whatever they want. As for Enemy taking them, congrats.

But personally as a player for the well being of this zone, and other squads, and as a captain, I have rejected PLENTY of people that were on YOUR squad, and OTHER squads from joining us because I told them we are spreading the competition, and we aren't going to hoard basers, to look somewhere else. Instead, you two pick them up and hoard more basers. Nothing against you guys, but you could of rejected them and they could of gone somewhere else where they are needed, like LEGO. I just looked at your roster, all your 33 players are CAPABLE basers with potential. I don't know why you took them. Inactive or not, I don't have many basers on my squad, but that doesn't mean I'm going to hoard more of them if they ask to join. Especially when they ask to join after such a stupid fucking loss.

Which is COMPLETELY understandable, and I have no idea why he would leave for such a stupid reason, but he killed our warbird portion of the squad single handedly. Cause he knew once he left, every other wb would leave. Now we have me, wbm, and other basers starting in TWLD when alot of the warbirds in this game that are benching for other squads could've started over here.
