I am guessing it is the same lag that has affected several European players in the past years, and on rare occasions players from the North America get similar problems with higher than usual lag (up to 700) and packet loss.
I would urge players to keep posting their tracert information when they are experiencing high latency and/or packet loss to this thread. It would also help to know the cities, states, and ISPs that are affected right now. The more proof we have the higher our chances are of getting a fix in the near future.
As a temporary solution, players with lag issues can use a VPN to reroute their internet traffic through a less laggy path. There are Premium VPNs with trial periods that you can try out -- it might help a lot.

I dont know how to post the graph dragon or pressure has or I would post it for you to see the entire trace but again I did give that info to HopOne.

Rothe did you give them the wrong e-mail (priitk@priitk.priitk)? - that's not real, get the real one from Turban and try again.
Someone should also e-mail PriitK directly and tell him what is going on. I think we did that last time as well. He ended up logging into SS for the first time in a long time.

Yea I gave the one you posted i'll wait and see if I can get another one from turban.
This is just very frustrating I have done everything asked and still no solution. Not even a guess at one.
I'll wait for the new address but I dont think it will change anything as the 2 operators at the VA office I spoke to made it very clear that there was nothing they could do with out the person who payed for the server asking them to change things because it was not on their end aparently.Last edited by rothe; 10-14-2015, 11:42 AM.

So whats the word?
Never got a correct email to give them and packet loss is just as bad. So the calling in Idea still wont work without proper info.
With event coming up 17/18 would just like to know if anything has changed or anyone contacted.
Like I said made the call will make another if need be but dont have the info I need. If something has changed in the last few days how about letting us know before the event because last trace I ran at work and at home showed horrible packet loss at HopOne servers and only those servers. If am forced to use vpn for the events fine but would rather not get a worse rep.
